Carlisha Scott
Carlisha Scott, a GREC-approved Real Estate Instructor. Over the past six years, she has dedicated herself to the real estate industry, starting my career in 2019. Quickly finding her stride, She was named a Top Producing Agent within her first year, which was a significant milestone that opened many doors for her.
Leadership Roles and Teaching Passion
Being recognized for her achievements, she was invited to join the Agent Leadership Council Committee, where she served for two years. During this time, she was asked to instruct the company post license course which is when she discovered her passion for teaching. This opportunity ignited her enthusiasm for education, compelling her to become more involved in this aspect of real estate.
Advancement and Vision
In 2022, Carlisha was offered the chance to manage a new brokerage. This role allowed her to teach classes on various different topics, inspiring her to pursue a career as an instructor.
Current Role and Goals
Becoming a licensed instructor has been instrumental in my journey, and my current objectives include providing educational opportunities to those entering the real estate industry and helping existing agents elevate their careers to new heights.
My journey in real estate is driven by a passion for teaching and a dedication to fostering growth and success in others. As I continue to evolve in my roles, I am committed to making a positive impact in the real estate community.
