NOTICE TO STUDENTS (As Required by Rule 520-2-.02 of the Georgia Real Estate Commission)

This notice is provided in compliance with Rule 520-2-.02 of the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) and must be reviewed and acknowledged by all students enrolling in courses at this real estate school.

 

1. Authorization and Approval 

This real estate school is approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission to offer real estate education courses. However, such approval does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of the school's content, quality, or effectiveness. The Georgia Real Estate Commission is not responsible for ensuring the success or failure of any student in passing any real estate examination or obtaining a license. 


2. Course Completion Requirements 

To receive credit for any pre-license, post-license, or continuing education course, students must: ○ Complete all required instructional hours as mandated by GREC. 

○ Pass any required course examination with the minimum score specified by GREC regulations. 

○ Fulfill any additional school-specific requirements. 


3. Certification of Completion 

Upon successful completion of a course, students will receive a certificate of completion, which may be required for examination eligibility or license renewal. It is the student's responsibility to retain this documentation for future reference. 


4. Examination Eligibility 

Completing a pre-license course does not guarantee eligibility to take the Georgia real estate examination. Students must meet all GREC eligibility criteria, including background checks, application requirements, and other licensing conditions. 


5. Refunds and Cancellations 

This school maintains policies on refunds and cancellations. Students should review these policies before enrolling. The Georgia Real Estate Commission does not regulate school refund policies. 


6. Conduct and Compliance 

Students must adhere to all school policies, including attendance, academic integrity, and conduct. Failure to comply may result in dismissal from the course without a refund. 


7. Regulatory Oversight 

The Georgia Real Estate Commission oversees real estate education providers. Any questions or concerns regarding school operations, instructor conduct, or course content may be directed to:
